In case you missed it, Doja Cat has been under fire on social media recently after a racially charged tweet she released went viral. Since then, people from all over the internet have been questioning her online activity, including her behavior in chatrooms and her supposed anti-black opinions.
On her Instagram Live, Doja Cat explained a number of these controversies, including the promise she made in the recent past to show her breasts to the world if she went to #1 on the charts. Fans of the artist know she did go to number one.
Doja Cat said in her post that she doesn’t care much about getting to number one. For her, she just wants to make music and that’s all that matters. You can check out the post below:
Tekashi 6ix9ine, on the other hand, is obsessed with getting to number one on the charts. 6ix9ine has regularly urged fans to go out and download his songs and stream them on YouTube and Spotify so he could get to the coveted position.
Daniel Hernandez even went so far as to call out Billboard. The artist insinuated that the whole world was watching them in the case that he didn’t go to the number one position as he wanted. Due to his love of the #1 spot, it looked like Hernandez was trigged by Doja Cat’s IG Live.
6ix9ine wrote in the comment section that she “started with the wrong one,” and then went on to say that he needed another day to formulate a response.
At the moment, it’s unclear what Tekashi 6ix9ine has in store for the future, but if it’s anything like his last release, it could be a big success.
As it was previously reported, Tekashi 6ix9ine accrued over 40 million views on his song, “GOOBA,” within twenty-four hours of its release. The performing artist dropped the single on YouTube and it has since gone up to over 240 million views. He even took Eminem out of the number one spot for most views within 24 hours.
